Now, a plethora of travel websites offer faster, more convenient, affordable options. We've seen the same shift for consumers and businesses seeking loans.

With business budget gains expected across the board this year, 51 percent of B2B businesses say they plan to increase their marketing efforts by about six percent. If you're big business, that's a hefty increase, but for one-person firms or small operations, six percent isn't going to make dramatic change to your marketing plans. The environment is ripe for small business growth, with lower interest rates, better access to technology, wider opportunities for funding, and general consumer appreciation for and commitment to frequenting small business. How do you expect to grow, and what will impact your bottom line? A recent survey of small business owners conducted by SurveyMonkey on behalf of Headway Capital questioned 467 individuals who owned businesses earning between $200,000 and $4 million in annual revenue. In making predictions for the rest of 2015, 57 percent anticipate growth in sales and revenue. Most expected to incur costs directly related to business growth, so while small business owners reported that their overall biggest concerns are increased operation costs and unexpected expenses, those concerns could be seen as a sort of growing pains.
